This “Adams & Co.” full plate camera is I believe, their “Club” model.This model was probably made by “Louis Gandolfi” for “Adams”.The camera has an applied ivorine plaque to the back with “Adams & Co., 81, Aldersgate St., E.C. And At The Camera Club, London. W.C., Makers” the writing still has a good colour.There are no holes or splits to the black tapered leather bellows, that I can find, however, however, there is some fading and loss of colour to the corners and creases. I have tried to show the condition in the photographs.The glass plate measures 8 1/2 inches by 6 1/2 inches, which I believe is full plate size.The wooden body has gained a lovely depth of colour and patina over the years. There are no major chips or splits that I can find, however, there are the usual scuffs and scratches that you would associate with an item of this age.The lens board appears to be a replacement.The brass fittings have retained much of their original lacquering, however, there is tarnishing in places. It all appears to be present and are in working order.The camera extends and folds away wellI have tried to show this in the photographs.There is no lens.The leather handle is well attached.

Camera.This “Adams & Co.” full plate camera is I believe, their “Club” model.
