Polaroid SX-70 Land Camera with original Polaroid embossed leather case in very good cosmetic condition.
This is the original early type with the real leather covering (you can see the condition in the photos) and SLR style split-circle focussing screen for easier and faster focussing.
Original Land Camera (not later Model 1 or 2 with the horrible fake leather that perishes).
Cleaned, front lens element removed, and focussing helical thread lubricated for smooth focussing.
Black bellows are in mint condition, brightness control changes shutter speed (as does ambient light conditions). Motor winds smoothly as it should.
The mirror flipping up makes a fantastic ‘clop’ sound when you press the shutter – this really is the king of all Polaroids (and I’ve had and used a few).
Never got any film for this one but it is of course available. Good old Polaroid Originals!
