Zorki-2C, Vintage Soviet Rangefinder Camera, with Industar-50 Lens& case This Rangefinder camera is a Russian copy of a pre-war Leicacamera using the M39mm screw mount thread, and it comes with the original case.As seenfrom the photos the camera is in generally good cosmetic condition, withonly light rubbing marks and very little signs of corrosion. (The case is in averageto good condition).   Although not tested with film, all functions appearto operate satisfactorily. The viewfinder &rangefinder are as clear & bright as can be expected with these cameras, andthe shutter sounds to be reflecting the selected speed on operation.
The attached 50mm F3.5 lens, is also in generally good cosmeticcondition. There are some slight signs of corrosion and although the lens appears to berelatively haze free, there is some dust and other deterioration to be expected in a lens of its age.
NB. The last photo shown above, includes other vintage cameras &lenses I have on offer on Ebay.
GeneralI am an amateur photographer and over the years a keencollector of vintage photographic equipment which I first saw in the pages ofAmateur Photographer and The Wallace Heaton Blue Books, of the 1960sonwards.  Since the 1980s I found myselfacquiring a fairly large collection, which sadly I now need to downsize.I would advise against using this vintage photographicequipment, except to satisfy your curiosity, for even when new, they were slowto operate, and for the most part even the cheapest mobile phone provides betterimage quality. However for me they are interesting display items of oldphotographic design/technology.All my collection, worked (some after a fashion) whenacquired, but I always tried to obtain good cosmetic examples.  Yes, some of the viewfinders and glasselements will have deteriorated with age, and the light meters although workingwould probably benefit from recalibration. If you have any questions about this item please contact mebefore making a bid, as returns will only be accepted in exceptionalcircumstances.
