This is a working Zenit EM 35m SLR camera body manufactured in 1981 with M42 lens mount (Pentax/Praktica/Zenit screw). It has a working selenium exposure meter (not TTL metering) and self timer. Speeds are B plus 1/30 second to 1/500th, with flash synchronization at 1/30th. Condition is working in most respects except that the B setting isn’t working properly – the shutter stays open until the film is wound on. Additionally, the leatherette on the back of the camera has apparently peeled off and has been stuck back badly. In other respects it’s working well; the viewfinder and mirror are clean and clear, the self-timer works, flash synchronization works, and film transport etc. is behaving as it should. Note – at the time of listing I can’t find a body cap for this but have some on order, if they arrive or I find one before this ends I will add one, if not I will send it packed to exclude dust.
This is a good simple SLR for Lomography, training, etc., if you can live without the B setting. but I’d recommend taking a test film to check shutter and metering accuracy.
