This is a vintage Zenit 35mm SLR film camera made by KMZ from 1962 to 1970
The model is the Zenit 3M, which features a 39mm screw-thread mount
It is supplied with a Helios-44 58mm 1:2 lens fitted with a chrome B.D.B 49X75/47 filter
Mechanically the camera has some issues:- the shutter fires, but the mirror does not latch on as it should and the speeds may need adjustment; it does fire a flash via the sync socket and the self timer is working
Cosmetically it has a few scuffs to the paint here and there and the odd mark, but no dings or damage
The lens optics in OK vintage condition, with only minor dusts/marks, still very usable, mechanically it is in working order, but cosmetically it is quite tarnished and showing it’s age
With some work it could be put back to working and usable and an interesting early example
