This is a rare camera. I’ve been collecting camera’s for over 50 years and this is the only one of it’s type I’ve ever come across just a smashing concept and lovely looking. 127 film so unless you cut your own to size (or buy some kind of converter to 35mm to fit inside) then hard to actually use but a smashing and in it’s time, circa 1937 a very innovative piece of very compact German engineered photographic precision technology measuring 8.5cm x 6.5cm. to top of viewfinder from base and 5cm to lens collapsed to 6.5cm. extended…. if only it were a 35mm….it may have caught on but the company missed the 35mm boat and the world war 2 was coming although they did go to develop the concept and eventually make an extended length 35mm version and indeed made cameras up until the 1970’s.The lens and viewfinder are clear and scratch free, the iris fully functioning and all the shutter speeds work from 1th to 500th second sounding, to my camerphiles ears correct (just extraordinary after all this time), focus ring turns with ease and lens extends and collapses likewise. The concept rather reminds me of my Rollie 35B’s actually. The top easily removes and has a take up spool inside the very clean interior.

A rather scarce and very collectable camera ….one to display or fettle to take 35mm and use. “They”

will never ever make the like of these again so perhaps an investment to be considered. It’s approximately 81 years old and still in good shape which is quite amazing and as I say – if you have the skills still usable. The icing on the cake is it has a smashing fitted leather case (no straps sadly) with still solid stitching.  Blimey this lot were good engineers and designers. FREE POST UK ONLY.
