One of the earliest Werra models from 1954, Serial Number 21659 ( they started at 20001).
It is in good condition, considering it’s age. The right strap pin is broken off and could possibly be replaced (see photos) and it has a minute ding on the rear of the baseplate (see photo #5) and a hardly detectable one at the top left edge of the top plate (see main photo).
The Novonar 3.5/50 (red T) is clear and clean and both focussing and aperture rings move smoothly. Wind-on is perfect. The Vebur shutter operates well (of course, accuracy cannot be guaranteed) except below 1/10th of a second ( the usual fatigue…). The viewfinder is clear and clean. It c/w the original lenshood & cap.
