I post on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday to save on trips to the Post office, postage prices are taken directly from The Royal Mail website. I box all items to ensure they arrive safely & endeavour to reuse packaging to cut down on wasting materials.

Please note: I am not a camera dealer or an expert on all things photographic, I have a day job, I’m just a keen hobbyist. The items I list on ebay are normally from collections I have bought, because I was after one or two specific items, it may have been a certain camera I wanted to examine or a lens I fancied trying out. Anything that is surplus I list, what I like I keep. The camera bodies listed were attached to a lens I wanted to try. Lenses listed are because I’ve had a play with them and now I want to try something else. I provide a description of each item as best I can and don’t list anything that I would’nt be happy to use myself.
With regard to cameras I check as many functions as possible, if they use batteries I battery test them, but I do not supply the battery as the Post office frown upon it, cameras are not film tested. If you purchase a camera from me may I suggest you google the instructions on it (butkus.org is amazing for this) before you contact me and say you can’t get it to work in a certain mode, If I haven’t managed to get it to work I will have stated it in the description.
For those that collect and use vintage manual lenses you’ll already know that dust is usually present in most lenses and does not affect picture quality. Even fungus in small quantities does not. For those that are just getting into buying vintage lenses please be aware that ‘The majority will be Manual Focus!’ I didn’t appreciate a negative feedback left because the buyer didn’t bother to research what she was buying and assumed a 40 year old lens was Autofocus. she didn’t bother to contact me and so 15 years on ebay with 100% feedback ruined. This is ebay where buyers & sellers communicate, it’s not Tripadviser.
If for any reason you are not thoroughly happy with your purchase please contact me and I’ll sort it, I’ll gladly refund in full once an item has been returned, but I do expect the buyer to cover return postage, as I’ve had a couple of buyers think I’m a library to try items out and then return, I’m not.
