You are looking at a fabulous Vintage Voigtlander Bessa Folding Camera
It has a Anastigmat Voigtar f/7.7 10.5cm Lens and was manufactured in the mid 1930s
This is the much rarer self-erecting version, meaning that when the release button is pushed, the front pops out with the bellows and just needs slight pressure to lock into place.
The camera also has a shutter release lever on the bottom of the camera so the shutter can be operated easily standing on either side of the camera.
It comes in a soft case.
Cosmetically it’s not in bad condition some wear but nothing major.
The self-erecting mechanism works fine and the foot folds down so you can stand the camera up. The viewfinder on the side flips open and shut as it should.
The aperture setting works and speed setting works fine for all speeds, including T and B. Shutter fires fine.
Bellows look intact – no sign of light leakage.
The camera is not tested with film.
