Vintage Praktina II A SLR Camera with ultra rare waist level viewfinder option plus Triotar 4/135 Carl Zeiss Jena
Also with standard eye level viewfinder prism stamped Germany 04790
Comes with a very battered old case but with the screw which holds it in place, but the straps have been cut off
Triotar says on it: 5565831and is stamped around the circumference in red and black the ranges: 4 (red) – 100ft
And in black underneath 1.2 – 30m
The lens on the camera is also Carl Zeiss Jena stamped Flexon 2/50 and 4578863
Outer ring ( away from camera) stamped in red a range between 1.7 – 50ft
Underneath in black a range is stamped between 0.5- 15m
Middle ring stamped in black a range between 22- 22 this one is static
Below this middle ring, closest to the camera, another moveable ring is stamped in red a range between 22- 2
This lens fitted to the camera has dirt on the INSIDE of the lens, see close up picture showing this. It is not on the surface of the lens. I doubt it would show up on pictures if youre going to actually use the camera
Shutter has been checked between its full range, and it doesnt stick
The waist level viewfinder comes with its built in magnifier designed for you to match the images as best as possible to obtain ultimate results. I havent seen many of these
I cant confirm if the case for the Triotar is original, this was my Fathers. The zip on this case doesnt work very well
