Vintage Camera Zeiss Ikon Nettar 515 with Nettar 7.5cm f/6.3 in Derval
A family inheritance. I’m afraid I don’t really know that much about vintage cameras, but I’ll try to describe it as best I can, though I probably don’t know how to test all of it properly. I think it was made in Germany in the late 1930s. For more information, see here:

The camera is in fairly good condition, with some signs of age and wear. There are a few rub marks on the metalwork, a small dent on the bottom back edge, and a little dirt in the corners. The black paintwork is a rather worn in places, but the covering, although looking slightly worn, is complete, intact, and secure.
The lens looks to be in pretty good condition. There is a little dust, and some dirt, but no scratches or chips that I can see. Focus is smooth, though perhaps slightly lumpy, though the aperture iris is slightly rough, but seems to be working fine. The shutter fires fine on all speeds which look and sound about right, but haven’t been precision tested.
The folding mechanism is sometimes a little tricky to open, and doesn’t spring out, but when you’ve locked it into the open position it holds the lens pretty firmly. The bellows look pretty good for the age, and examination with a torch and a flashgun shows no sign of any pinholes or light leaks.
The release catch for the back works well, and inside is clean and tidy, though with slight signs of wear. An empty plastic film spool is present. The film winding mechanism seems to be working properly. The red windows are very clear, with only a little dust and the faintest of scratches, though the sliding cover is a bit stiff. Please note that I haven’t actually taken pictures with this camera.
