VESTKAM SUBMINIATURE VINTAGE SPY CAMERA Occupied Japan MIOJ w case 3918 This is a sub-miniature “VESTKAM”T.K.K.camera produced by Taiyodo circa 1949 in Occupied Japan. It produced 10 14x14mm exposures on 17.5mm film. It has three speedsBulb, 25 and 50. A Vestkam lens 25mm 1/4.5. This camera comes with an original leather case which has some issues, missing stitching,no top leather and no snap (see detailed photo of case please).I’m not an expert on camera function so I’ve described the operation of this camera to my best ability:Shutter is finicky:easily depressed but has a slight hitch every now and then returning back to it’s normal position on 50 and 100. Overall sluggish…Lens is clear.Viewfinder is clear.Locking claspstays tight.Film advance knob is intact and turns.All adjustable dials are operable and smooth. Please view and enlarge all of the images for detailed cosmetic condition. I would rate this as EX++ cosmetically and in beautiful collectible condition.
