SuperbCANONFLEX RM BODY and Case First Canon SLR with Built-In LightMeter 1961
TheCanonflex was the first Canon single lens reflex camera. The RMappeared in 1961, & was the first in the series to have a builtin exposure meter.
This is anice clean RM body, S/N 148600. It has a focal plane shutter speeded1-1000 plus delayed action. All speeds run sweetly.
The coupledlight meter works well. The viewfinder is clear & bright.Cosmetically the body is in near mint condition.
It comeswith an earlier Canonflex brown ever ready case, with strap. It fitsthe RM but the tripod screw is in a different place.
