This is an unique find–a Chinese made probably 1980.s professional 16mm camera.It came from the local Chinese Embassy in Bucharest.In terms of name you can read a 16K in its lettering.I asked a chinese friend to translate the lettering and even he had trouble completely understanding it.The maker is The Chinese AV Equipment Technique research center.And the name of the camera involves the word ,,WIND,,In term of specs it is a very advanced camera.The fps go as high as 144 FPS.The film advance is coaxial type(like on an Arri SR)The viewfinder is the type of an shoulder big video camera.I do not know what type of lens this camera takes.I have no way to test the camera–as i do not have a battery to test it(no idea also what kind of voltage does it take)A knob on the side of the camera moves the shutter inside(probably to have the viewfinder always in working order)It is the only time i have ever found or seen such a camera.Since i have no way to test it ,i am selling it strictly as is-with no returns or refunds. Priority Mail(with tracking)takes 20-30days to arrive ,depending on destination.The shipping price i have is just an estimation–it could be less for inside Europe ,or more for some distant country.
