Stunning 1962 Yashica 44 LM TLR Camera In Leather CaseA delightful 1962 Yashica 44 LM TLR camera in stunning used condition (see photos). This lovely old camera looks to have not been used very much as I can’t see any significant wear. Comes with the serial number ‘2030499’ which I believe dates it to around 1962/63. The hood and release are excellent and opens and closes without fault. The viewfinder window glass and Yashinon viewing lens (No.838389) along with the Yashinon 1.3,5 60mm taking lens (No.838362) look optically excellent. All the controls appear intact including the Copal SV shutter which fires well. The original lens caps has also been retained.
Comes with its original leather Yashica case. The case and carry strap are in excellent shape with very little wear worth mentioning (see photos for condition). Attached to the strap is a separate leather pouch containing a Yashica hood adapter again in great shape. The film compartment is nice and clean. This lovely old piece is untested with film but the condition is stunning, especially for 56 year old used camera, so I cannot imagine any difficulties.
