Sony Handycam DCR-HC35EVideo Camera Part Working See ListingSpares or Repair. Found thishaving a clear out recently so thought it may be good for spares. The camerastill works on record and playback only when using the remote control. Thebattery appears to be holding it’s charge okay. Known faults.Most of thetouch screen does not work anymore. Theonly time it does work is when switching on it request the date – which cannotbe set – but can be bypassed by the top right corner( x). The tape wheninserted often come up with – Please reinsert tape. I discovered after openingthe camera and inserting the tape wait until it loads and then close the sideup. This often worked. I cannotguarantee there isn’t any other faults so please be aware of this. It comes withall the original leads, including the remote which I forgot to show, and atape.
