RARE Zorki 4 rangefinder camerawith lens Jupiter 8 red Pi f;2/50mmfrom 1959after CLA serviceLogo and shutter speeds dial are engraved based on Leica rangefinder camera Lens fitting is M39 but you can use screw Leica thread mount (LTM) after adjusting rangefinder.
Lens register (front flange to film plane) is Leica standard 28.8mm.Almost any lens designed for Leica, Canon, Voigtlander Bessa, Zorki, FED rangefinder cameras can be fitted.
Good cosmetic condition with signs of use.Full working order.
It has also had a full CLA (cleaned, lubricated, adjusted).
Rangefinder was calibrated to Jupiter 8 (vertically and horizontally).
Vulcanite covering is complete and in good condition. The viewfinder is bright and clear, the rangefinder is accurate with a clear secondary image.Diopter adjustment works properly.
Shutter speeds B-1/1000th sec look and sound correct with a smooth snappy action.All speeds vary.Curtains are in very good condition.
Self-timer is working.Take-up spool inside.Serial number 5906244.
Lens Jupiter 8 has very clean glass. No haze, no fungus. Front element has few micro cleaning marks visible under magnification. Rear element in very good condition. Few specks of dust visible under magnification.Aperture ring works smoothly.Focusing ring works very smoothly.Blades are dry, no oil.Leather ERC case included in this sale.
