It would be a welcome addition to any collection of Rangefinder cameras.
The lens has 3 elements in 3 groups and is made by Tomioka Optical. The Riken shutter is 1/10 to 1/200 + B.
Focusing is manual .Manufactured in 1955. Comes with a half leather case.
