29 stereo glass negatives, 6 stereo slide photo positives, all unique, one of a kind.
All are in sync and the positives can be viewed with the Helioplast.
There is also a foldable wooden stereo viewer included which I don’t have stereo pictures for.
1-3. ~1914 Petersdorf WW1 Austro Hungarian Army march.
EXCEPTIONAL quality and subject.
4. ~1920 Young boxer, exceptional quality.
On some forums I got told this is the very young Max Schmeling. I have my doubts but on a lot of pictures the chest hair, hairline matches and the eyebrows seem to be a match for before he had them messed up.
Young boxer, can be Schmeling, can be not. No guarantees.
5-6 Man and young boy. Early 20th century.
Some marks, one is overexposed a bit.
PLUS 29 stereo glass negatives. I think they have waterdamage, most of the glass negatives have some shedding on the outer edge but there are some nice ones in there, too.
Still a super interesting lot.
Helioplast
They were made between 1900-1910
Optics are in order.
Condition is ok.
I think the black strings were rubberised and pulled the hood up when opened. Can be replaced.
Popper to lock is missing from the flap.
The front and back panel click into eachother with poppers.
Only the black paper lining is missing on pic 10.
No major issues. A couple of things could be improved with ease but I always like the original, worn state when it comes to items like this.
