Rare – Goertz Anschutz Ango Folding Strut Camera c.1906 w/ Goertz 180mm Lens
Folding Strut Camera by GoertzFrom what I can find it dates to around 1906so is very rare and the condition is relatively excellent considering it’s agebut does need attentionThe Camera body has swing and tilt capabilityThe Lens also has up and down and sideways movementThe lens itself is a Goertz Dopp-Anastigmat Dagor 180mm f6.8in very good condition with clean opticswhat needs attention:The bottom part of the shutter is heavily wrinkled which may or may not be the cause of the shutter moving slowlyand slowing towards the end of it’s travelThere is also no difference in speedsbut there doesn’t appear to be any holesthere is wear as can be seen to the top surface of the leather bellowsbut there doesn’t seem any places where it has worn right through
so sold as is with these faults mentionedwith film/plate Holder and case
