Panavision Europe ARRI 35-3
This listing is for an ARRI 35-3 which belonged to Panavision Europe previously, this camera is configured in Super 35mm format with an ARRI PL mount. As with all Panavision equipment this camera has been incredibly well maintained but does still show the typical signs of ware and tare as it has been used on many major film shoots. This camera was last used on October 2019 for a short film where it preformed without fault whilst passing all recent scratch tests, after receiving the camera I would suggest sending it to a technician to be calibrated as it has laid un used for 6 months.

Crystal Speeds:Crystal FPS push buttons provide crystal speeds in single frame increments when the red knob is set to XTAL, the single red knob can be set to VARI for variable speeds of 3FPS to 100, 120 or 130FPS depending on the camera. The red knob can also be set to 29.97 or 23.976 for crystal speed controlled filming of TV or computer monitors in Europe just shoot at 25FPS.
Battery:1 and 2 green – yellow or red LED indicators indicating the batteries power supply.
Ramp Speed: The ramp speed is factory set but this can be adjusted, its advised to test it with 1000 magazines prior to shooting, the camera must be powered off during adjustment.
Display:The display shows the quantity of film to pass the gate and the FPS.
Reverse:Insert a small screwdriver into the FWD – REV slot beside the fischer plug to set the camera to reverse. The camera must also be adjusted for reverse along with use of correct magazines.
