The Trip 300 is a compact 35mm film camera from Olympus. It belongs in a series of Olympus Trip cameras and was released in the 1990’s.

The lens is a fixed 34mm length and the camera powers on and off by sliding the lens cover.

Like many compacts of the time, it is based on an auto exposure system. The transport is motorized with automatic film advance and rewind and there is a built-in automatic flash. It is compatible with DX encoded film.

– Lens Olympus 34mm

– ISO via DX decoding

– Motorwind

– Integral automatic flash

– Integral sliding lens cover

– Powered by two brand-new AA batteries

– Comes with black carry case (a little worn) and wrist-strap

Tested with film in the past week and supplied with brand-new batteries, this 1990’s compact is a handy straight-forward point and click snapper. As you can see in the photos, the camera is in very good condition.
