All the various models are illustrated and described. It goes without saying that the photographic content is also superb. Published by Crowood Press, Marlborough, England, in 2006. ISBN number 1 86126 831 9. Hardback Book with a detachable dust wrapper. Book measures 11.3″ x 11″ inches and contains 224 printed pages. Book weighs 1.61Kg. Condition: internally the book is superfine. Outer hardback boards have just a very slight touch of shelf wear on the bottom of the spine and on one corner. The dust wrapper is all complete with no tears, but does have a very slight “buckle” along the top and bottom edges. Generally the whole presentation is excellent and this can be considered as a Fine example.
