A Minolta Dynax 700si AF 35mm SLR, with a Minolta 3500xi flashgun, and a Minolta 28-80mm F/4-5.6 lens. The 700si is an extremely capable camera, similar in performance to the earlier 7xi, but with more dedicated controls. It runs off a single 2CR5 battery (not included).
Camera, lens and flashgun are in full working order and good cosmetic condition, with signs of light to moderate use – the rubber grips show signs of wear. The various mode and control wheels and buttons all work. Auto and manual focus operate correctly. The top and finder LCD’s are in good shape with no bleed or damage. The mirror and focusing screen are clean and clear, and the shutter blades are undamaged. The pop up flash and flash shoe both work. Battery contacts are clean and reliable. I’ve run a scrap film through and the film advance and rewind work properly.
The Minolta Sony A-Mount lens has a useful 1:4 macro feature at 80mm, as example attached – it works perfectly on my Sony Alpha 330 digital SLR. There is no visible haze, fungus or coating damage. Focus and zoom operate correctly although the zoom has a slightly dry feel. The 7 blade aperture is snappy and oil free.
The flashgun works well and adjusts automatically as the lens is zoomed. With its original case.
With a Minolta shoulder strap and lens cap and the correct bayonet lens hood. Also the original manual in good condition.
