I HAVE FOR SALE THIS WELL USED BRITISH MADE MAHOGANY AND BRASS PLATE CAMERA WITH PICKARD ROLLER BLIND SHUTTER WITH SOME MODIFICATIONS FOR MILITARY USE I SUSPECT AS IT HAS AN AIR MINISTRY No 4A/1727 8 inch f5.6 ANASTIGMAT LENSNo 277548 THE ROLLER SHUTTER HAS AN ELECTRICAL MODIFICATION AND THERE ARE THREE MAHOGANY DOUBLE DARK SLIDES NICE….This camera is in well used condition given it’s age and use with good sound Mahogany and brass fitments…..The leather bellows are very dusty but in good order….The extensions wind out but the one needs looking at as it skids at times…..I have not operated the Thornton Pickard roller shutter blind but it looks OK….The cameras focusing screen is missing……The camera folds down as it should….The brass air ministry lens has good clear bright optics and the iris operates smoothly but it is very firm….The tripod mount rotates but it again is on the firm side…IT IS A LOVELY CAMERA BUT I MUST SELL AS SEEN:PAYMENT WITHIN 2 DAYS PLEASE AND THANK YOU FOR LOOKING:PLEASE STUDY MY IMAGES CAREFULLY AS THEY FORM PART OF THE DESCRIPTION:PLEASE I DO NOT DEAL OUTSIDE OF EBAY, PAYPAL OR GLOBAL SHIPPING:OVERSEAS BUYER PLEASE NOTE THE SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE BIDDING:
