Leica M4 35 Mseries 35mm camera. used 1967production Ser. #. 117. The M4 was a favorite of photo journalists and candidphotographers. The M4 is the improved version of the M2 , M3 series with theaddition of an excellent rapid load system, quick rewind knob and 35, 50, 90and 135mm frames.The outsideis excellent and the inside has just been completely overhauled inside by a topGerman trained repairman and is bright and crisp. 1967 vintage. Compatible withLeica M series lenses. The M4 is the dream camera for many great photographers .Theproduction was much smaller than previous models primarily because they pricedit out of the market . Made by E. Leitz Wetzlar Germany.Very hard tofind in this condition. Some lightmarks on top (see photos. I used cross lighting to exaggerate a small nick ontop plate) and some very light scratches on base plate. Pleasesee photos enlarged. The slight wear is very to see and interior is very clean,rangefinder bright and clean and all mechanical functions very smooth andworking fine.
