Here is my Leica M3 single stroke. I replaced the leatherette to my own liking but I’m including the original style black leather as well. The body is in great condition; a little scuffed here and there but the optics/rangefinder are as they should be. Shutter speeds are potentially a tad bit slow 1/30th sec and below but only by a fraction of a stop. If you are shooting negative film, it will never be a problem but a full CLA should happen sometime in the future. Mechanics are smooth. Solid camera. Everything operates flawlessly.
The Voigtlander VC Speed Meter II is practically brand new. The Leica 35mm f/2.8 Leitz Summaron has been CLA’d and the optics are perfect. The aperture is perfect as well. Focus smooth and the tab is perfect. The goggles are clear. There is a tiny scratch on the smaller goggle that adjusts the rangefinder patch. The scratch is purely cosmetic. You will not notice it in any way during operation of the system. This lens was designed to be used on the M3 but works and adjusts frame lines on any other Leica body, including my M240.
