This is an extremely rare black Leica II produced in the first batch ever made in 1932 (number 81137)  complete with its matching elmar 50mm f3.5 lens from probably the same year (number 124454) – the earliest record for this lens starts from 156001 for the year 1933.  The lens glass is clear with usual small amount of dust.

It has the first type of shutter release button.  All shutter speeds work and appear to be OK.  The rangefinder image is sharp.  It was serviced three years ago by a leica specialist, Tony Enefer, who was used by members of the Leica Society (and his obituary is in the magazine).  He replaced the shutter curtains and the rangefinder mirror at this time.

The lens has the infinity lock at the 11 o clock position and has some damage to the front metal face where the apertures are inscribed, as seen in the photo.

Such an early rangefinder coupled leica II is considered to be extremely rare and a highly collectable investment, and has the advantage of being fully functional.
