This is an ICA Atom camera produced by the ICA (later part of Zeiss) camera company in Germany between 1909-1925. It is the Type 53 model in the rare horizontal format (as opposed to the Type 52 vertical format).
It is cosmetically in pretty good condition for it’s age and appears to be mechanically sound (though not tested with film). Comes complete with a set of plate holders and a cut film holder along with what looks like the original box.
