Here is a very clean Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic SP 1000 in outstanding condition.
Manufactured between October 1974 and January 1977.
The serial number range on the SP 1000 is from 5600001 – 5850000, however, the serial number of this particular SP 1000 is 5871732, indicating that it was likely manufactured near the end of the production line.
My intent in selling this item is not for its use, but to be a visual display piece in a collection.
Everything appears to function as designed.
The only flaw is that someone engragved an ID number in the left side of the prism housing.
Comes with a f/1.4 50mm SMC Takumar lens that is in very fine condition, and which also appears to function as designed without issue.
Lens is clear and fungus free.
Also includes lower half of an Asahi black leather case and both lens caps.
