Hanimex Loadmatic MPF530 Super 8 cine camera – complete with case, instruction booklet and original receipt
So, this was my dad’s cine camera that he bought for 65.74 in 1972 – a lot of money back in the day.
Both my mum and dad were mad about photography and looked after their equipment really well. Hence the original receipt!
Sadly, my dad passed away a long time ago and my mum (nearly 94) has decided “her photography days are over” and it’s time to pass on their equipment to somebody else.
There is still a cassette film in the camera – goodness knows what’s on it……… 🙂
I have no means of checking the operation of the camera but it has been carefully stored with my mum’s equipment since it was last used – I have no reason to doubt that it’s fully functional.
This is a vintage camera from nearly 50 years ago and would make an ideal addition to a keen photographer’s collection.
I am listing all of their equipment – see my other listings for SLR cameras, lenses and general accessories – all high quality gear.
The end of an era sadly but hopefully, somebody else will get as much enjoyment out of it as my dad did.
