This is GP Goerz “Vest Pocket” Tenax camera. Based on the description here http://www.earlyphotography.co.uk/site/entry_C22.html I believe this is an early 1909 model with the dials on the left of the face plate.
Cosmetic condition as per photos, with quite a few scuff marks etc as can be seen. However, it does seem to be mechanically sound (shutter fires) although untested.
