The original folding design of the 1200FF camera made from 2001 with its “Aerodynamic” styling allows the top of the camera to retract into the lower part when the camera is not used. This design saves space and provides perfect protection for the fragile parts of the camera such as the viewfinder and lens (which has a retractable lens cover).
This camera is very different in appearance from the other Spectra cameras, it combines both new and classic design elements, while being unmistakably a Polaroid product.
It has a fixed-focus 2-element aspheric 100mm F11.5 lens, and its wider angle lens lets you capture up to 33% more of your scene. It has a built-in close-up lens to extend focus range down to 2 ft. A warning/reminder light appears near the viewfinder when the close-up lens has been selected.
A built-in metal lens cover automatically slides over the lens when the camera is folded closed. Unlike other Spectra cameras, there is no Lighten/Darken control or other exposure compensation and the built-in automatic electronic flash cannot be manually switched off.
The camera has been thoroughly cleaned as have the rollers to verify that they are rotating freely. The viewfinder is clear, the lens is fungus free, the body is in good condition and it has a branded neck strap.
Instant film not included and you need that in order to use.
