Distinctively designed 35mm S.L.R., beautifully ‘Made in JAPAN’ c. 1964 and in lovely overall condition.
The C.d.s exposure meter is fully coupled to both the shutter dial and aperture ring…simply align the needle in the bottom right-hand side of the viewfinder(1or 2 dust specks). Whilst responsive to light, accuracy cannot be guaranteed although it appears to be just about one stop out in most conditions !!
The focal plane shutter fires crisply on all the speeds from 1 second to 1/1000th + ‘B’, but the self-timer is not operating.
The F/1.8, 55mm PETRI C.C. lens is in super condition…clear and bright optics with a snappy iris diaphragm and smooth focusing.
Getting quite rare now, especially in this condition, and complete with original leather E.R.Case, non-generic lens cap and new meter battery…please study the photos.
