Welcome!This auction is for a fully operational Super 8 mm film camera made byBraun Nizo. This 561 macro, is developed from Brauns earliermodel 561 which in turn was developed up from their S 560. Haseverything built in, starting with a Schneider Kreuznach lens which hasa zoom range of more than 8-to-1 and focuses down to 5ft in the normalrange. When set to macro setting it allows distance adjustment from thefront lens. Include a two-speed power zooming, with de-clutching formanual zooms; nice reflex viewfinder with split image viewfinder andexcellent brightness, TTL metering with full manual override and a pluscorrection as well, plus plenty of other features!One of the major improvements over the previous x00 Nizos is theautomatic B function which will allow automatic time exposure in lowlight situations. The camera has a built-in light meter for normalfilmmaking and uses an externally mounted photocell only for thisfunction, just take a look at my picture below, its clearly visibleunder the name badge. Since the exposure duration (and interval betweenframes) varies according to the light level, you will notice the camerarunning faster or slower as light levels change (for those wishing tofilm streaks of colored light on roads or highways). The camera canautomatically determine the correct exposure anywhere from 1/10 seconddown to one minute per frame. Beautifully ballanced (will stand up unaided on a flat level surface),perfectly designed for the serious moviemaker and incorporates almostevery feature anyone might desire.
