Bolex Paillard C8 8mm Cine Camera Yvar f=12.5mm Lens with original leather case
The camera was purchased by my parents in the early 1950s and it was used to shoot hours of family movies over many years.
The camera is in good condition and is working; I haven’t tested it shooting a film but it winds up and the shutter operates. The brown hand-stitched leather case is branded with the Bolex Paillard logo. It is a little scuffed, one press stud is missing and the stitching and strap need some TLC.
The camera is a lovely example of high quality Swiss precision engineering.
