FOR SALE VINTAGE BELL & HOWELL AUTOSET II MODEL 624EV ELECTRIC EYE 8MM CINE CAMERA BOXEDThis vintage Bell & Howell Autoset II Model 624EV Electric Eye 8mm Cine Camera with Ever Ready leather carrying case is still in its original box and its original instructions booklet. Its serial Number is D74521. It was advertised in 1960 as The movie camera that uses the energy of light to set its own lens. Bought in 1960, it was used very successfully for about 10 years before being put away in its original box in a cupboard, where it sat for almost half a century.It is in very good condition. It was working when last used 50 years ago but I have no film to test whether it is still working, but I have no reason to doubt that it is. It is all in excellent condition. The leather housing is also still in excellent condition. Also included are : -a Gossen Sixon Color Finder quality selenium cell Exposure Meter, which used the LV (Light Values) scale plus instruction booklet. Meter is possibly not working. It was used with the cine camera.-some empty Kodak and Ilford cine film spools Please see my other items, if you are interested in vintage items of all sorts. Of particular interest might be a Stiretta projector screen, and a Bell & Howell Lumina 12 Autoload 8mm cine projector.
