Adox Sport folding camera made in Germany, US Zone probably in the late 1940s,
with a Schneider Kreuznach Radionar lens and a Prontor – S shutter. Carries a
sales label saying ” By appointment to His Majesty the King, Suppliers of
photographic equipment, Wallace Heaton Ltd, London W1. ” Until the firm was
taken over by Dixons in 1970, Wallace Heaton provided the British royal family
with their cameras, etc. Camera is very well made and the different components
seem to be working but we are unable to say whether it is operational. Some blue
material has been stuck on the view finder but it looks like it could be easily removed.
Camera comes with a brown leather case.
