This is a vintage, viewfinder, folding 35mm roll-film camera made in Stuttgart Germany by Kodak AG in its Nagel factory after WWII between 1945 and 1949 and sold in US PX stores in Europe. It has an all metal case with black leather or leatherette covering and satin chrome top plate, body edges, and lens housing. The camera is in good to very good cosmetic condition. It has S/N 59922 stamped inside the back cover. The lens is a pre-war 50mm/f3.5 Kodak Anastigmat Ektar with number 1699607 and a Compur shutter. There are apertures from 16 to 3.5 and shutter speeds of 1sec to 1/300 plus B. This camera has not been tested with film and thus I can not attest to its accuracy or functionality. The bellows upon visual inspection appears to be intact with no apparent holes or tears.The camera has a viewfinder and a manual focus ring going from 3.5 feet to infinity. It has a tripod socket and depth of field gauge on the base, a film counter on the top and comes with its original intact dark brown leather case with shoulder strap. The front and back open easily. PLEASE NOTE: This camera is being sold as is as a vintage collectable, has not been tested with film and there is no guarantee as to functionality or accuracy. I am not a camera collector and certainly not an expert but have attempted to research and describe the items, I sell, as completely as possible.
